This is pretty big (sorry I had some fun with styling it) New features:

Bootstrap Vue
Redid tables (replaced with
Added some progress bars for callout needs

Added donations by user collapsable field

Added b-cards

Added sorting and filtering

Played around with the editcalloutneed modal (still not quite working)

Might be easiest to see by going to the branch and testing it out since there was so much reworked in 1 pull request
