Changes

Docker Compose now uses maven as a part of its building process, so we do not have to manually compile before each new Docker build.
The back-end server through docker works and is no longer using Tomcat.

I can't speak to code itself, but this seems to fix the issue of having to run the backend server in intellij if you want to change anything in the backend. Also fixed some weird issues with the database that had been bothering me. Not sure if I really tested it thoroughly, but I merged it into the branch I've been working on and it works great.
