CRUD Operations for Donation #254

Write methods for Creating a donation, Reading a donation / donations, updating a donation, and deleting a donation.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] A POST route is created for creating a new donation. Post route should be "/donation/create"
[x] GET routes are made for both getting a paginated list of donations, and getting a donation by ID.
[x] A PUT route is created for updating an existing donation. Put route should be "/donations/update/{id}"
[x] A DELETE route is created for deleting an existing donation. Delete route should be "/donation/{id}"
