Within requirements.txt I removed the extra requests==2.7.0 and changed to scapy==2.3.1. (Please refer to the installation Issue form about the change to scapy==2.3.1 as I am not 100% positive that this is the correct solution to the problem.) In Fuzzer.py I added a :TODO because I intend on adding some extra error handling and troubleshooting solutions for users.
