Refactoring plan #14

Many users committed bugs to issue system since the initial release in August 2016. I'd like to thank you all.

Knowing shortcomings in project structure and functions, I raise a refactoring plan here. Please become aware that the task list below may require a indeed long period to complete.

Getting issues in algorithm solved will be better. Just provide a interface as it is now. It can be a great sample algorithm of flight route calculating, but not a 'Plug-and-Play'.
