[Feature] Add control to disable auto-updates after restoration #474

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If a user has auto-updates enabled, and a plugin update has caused a problem, then even after a restoration is performed, the auto-update proceeds.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a control to disable auto-updates after restoration completes, so that the user can perform the restoration without having to "race against the clock" to disable auto-updates again.

Additional context This feature request is related to a post on the WordPress.org Forums.

@bwmarkle what do you think of this?

@jessecowens if we disabled auto updates, the user would have to remember to set it up again.

What if we prevent auto updates if a backup has been restored within the last X hours?

Either solution would work.

I like that idea, something like, "Plugin auto-updates have been disabled for 24 hours. Click here to manage auto-updates"
