Total Upkeep restoration not updating URL's for Menu Custom Link #503

Describe the bug The site/home URL is not being updated for custom links in the menu

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a custom menu item for a "source" site
  2. Take a backup
  3. Transfer backup and restore
  4. Custom links retain original string, and are not replaced with new URL after restoring

Expected behavior The site URL search and replace should replace custom menu links

Screenshots I have replicated, but no way to provide meaningful screenshots.
