HIde BoldGrid Backup notice on 'my-inspiration' page #192

Original issue was in BoldGrid Backup Repo - https://github.com/BoldGrid/boldgrid-backup/issues/571

Added a filter that hides the "Create your first backup" message from Inspirations onboarding.
