Welcome Tab - Activate Total Upkeep button does not work if not installed already #201

Replication steps:

  1. Start with a fresh WP installation and only install and activate Inspirations
  2. On the Welcome tab of Inspirations, click Activate Total Upkeep in the Transfer website section
  3. See error - 'The plugin does not have a valid header' and it is not installed
