Temp workaround for issue-150 #151

This is a temp workaround I tried. I just added logic to see if head has run then add content based on that. However, I think this confirms that wp_head not running is not our issue cause I tested this with both 2022 and 2021 and its shows the text instead of iframe on 2021 which it should show the iframe.

The final commit has the actual fix for the issue.
