Forbid Drauven characters in "All the Bones of Summer" #163

What would you like to see added?

All the Bones of Summer is primarily about humans and Drauven not understanding each other. Drauven protagonists kinda undermines that a bit

What complications can you foresee?

Ideally Drauven legacy characters would be completely forbidden, but at minimum we should be blocking Drauven characters from being selected as the legacy parent

Looking closer at what we can select for in the campaign setup, we can't specifically forbid heroes based on aspects, only require them to have a certain aspect. Since there's not really anything that humans have that Drauven don't, I'm moving this to blocked/wishlist for now.
