Similar to the temp fix for for https://github.com/BoltzExchange/boltz-client/issues/140, we are currently also leaving 2% of total channel capacity on the local side of the channel as channel reserve changes and other Lightning shenanigans make it difficult to calculate the exact amount to be sent out to get to exactly 1%.
This issue is about figuring it out how to reliably autoswap to exactly local 1%.
