deferred reverse swap claims

Similar to backend doing deffered claims on submarine swaps.

Trigger possibilites:

• manual (e.g. user wants to send out)
• swap expiry
• amount threshold
• count threshold (e.g. no more than 200 swaps at once, same problem we solve with auto consolidate)

Wallet balance will include a claimable field which is the sum of locked up amounts for reverse swaps which have been settled.
