Quick Travel seems Weird after Using Find a Friend #1

I was trying to visit the bookstore using the Find a Friend menu and ever since Quick Travel appears to be broken. Save game attached.

  1. Open the save game.
  2. Open the quick travel menu.
  3. Observe that it doesn't appear to open. P3PSAVE0015.zip
