Just installed the Bondtech upgrade on my Prusa Mk3s. Everything looks fine, calibration completed without issues, test cube is nice. The problem is that the load and unload sequences have the wrong length, and the filament doesn't quite reach the nozzle during load, and gets stuck after the gears during unloads, forcing a release of the thumbscrew to completely unload.

My bad, manually updating the e-steps to 415 through console is required since it's not written to eeprom by the flashed firmware.
