I don't know much of the details of how the main UI layout is styled, but the right side panel should not expand when information in the details panel is too large. Instead the details panel should be forced to wrap its content.
I noticed this with satellite 2002-048A which can be accessed by filtering on "elliptical".
I plan to apply a bandaid fix for now but it is something we should probably actually fix later.
