Hmm so these are all satellites which fall outside of the range I made for GEO but are not elliptical either. My limit was an orbital period > 1462 minutes. The one you highlighted has a period of 1468.72 minutes = 24.47 hours. This is starting to get outside of "geosynchronous" range, but we don't have a term for this.
Just being extra lenient with the terminology isn't helpful either because there are some like 2010-006B with a period of about 27.6 hours which is just definitely further than GEO.
There is probably a term like "High Earth Orbit" or something for this, but I'll have to look into it.
Example: 2000-046B belonging to Egypt
It has TLEs though and should be tagged as GEO I believe, so it shows up without a proper color.
