add alarm to trigger when main box is opened but ac power is live #9

Using contactors, or a micro-switch (better!), be able to detect when the lid is opened and when we have ac mains.

Sound a buzzer if box is opened whilst mains is on. Only has to be quiet, after all mains level electricity will not be accessible to touch unless the middle layer (dc- level) components/boards are removed.
