Title says itself, even if you close ship doors, dogs still get inside.
First dog usually get in front of the door having 1/3 of its body outside and 2/3 inside but still counting as being outside (but its already able to kill players who get close to door which is not supposed to happen).
However if there are 2 or more dogs they get through the door and kill players inside. Not sure how exactly this happens, maybe when dog slightly moves it somehow pushes itself inside throught the door. Anyways, that's the problem.
