Failure to start fail2ban in docker allinone #217

Fails to start because it's looking for /var/log/auth.log, which doesn't exist in a docker container which is not running sshd.

This was "fixed" in travis.yml, but that didn't make it over to ./tools/docker-deploy.sh. Maybe travis should use the docker-deploy bits?
