[Feature] scan physical manga, mine from physical manga #10

The work flow for mining from physical manga is as follows: -take picture of physical manga page -ocr picture -add sentence, Screenshot, definition to anki node

TachiyomiOCR already has everything to do this. The only thing it's missing is taking pictures.
