Translations #6

Currently there are only German and English localizations of Atarashii, I would like this to change :)

Unfortunately, I don't speak any other languages, and I guess the English version could need an review too. So if anyone out there wants to add a new translation or improve an existing one, just fork the project and send a pull request.

Also there might be an change that in some cases the order of the values are passed to the string won't work for any given language, this will need some changes in the code. Just file a bug in such a case.

Please note: For a complete translation there also needs to be a string for the comment in the atarashii.desktop file.
