Started translation in Bulgarian #350

Please merge so people can see a translation is started and eventually come and help with it on my fork. I will spread the word that a translation in Bulgarian is started. Thanks!

How complete is this @kberov ? Do you think it's helpful to publish at the mo?

Hi @timruffles, I had to look at my changes to remind my self :). It is about 50%. This is already useful part. If I know I will have a response soon, I can continue with the rest. If you merge it I will continue and make another PR soon. Thanks!
