Arduino Test Suite needs to support more Atmel chips #471

Currently, can only test certain Atmel chips. Should be compatible with other 
pin outs. Like the Teensy. Lot's of things are using the AVR_ATmega32U4.

Is this some thing the test suite needs to know or should that be in the 
boards.txt file?
