What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create simple .pde file
2. Add to svn repo
3. open from explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected:
Opened sketch ready for editing, compiling etc.
Actual:
  Fails with error dialogue box.

[Title] Launch4j
[Content] An error occurred while starting the application.

What version of the Arduino software are you using? On what operating
system? Which Arduino board are you using?

Win 7 32-bit
IDE 0022
TortoiseSVN 1.6.12
  (built on SVN 1.6.15)

Please provide any additional information below.

Also tried opening file from within an open IDE, and got a much more detailed
error, attached as .txt below.

This is a phase-of-the-moon bug. It's sporadic, from day to day, and I cant
find a single root cause. Would recommend considering dropping this issue if no
one else comes forward with similar problems?

I had this same problem with IDE version 0022 on Windows Vista, but only with
one PDE file I made myself then tried to load into the IDE. The file name was
"4x7segmentLed.pde" in the folder named "4x7segmentLed". Perhaps the sketch
name cannot begin with a number? When I renamed the project to
"Four_by_Seven_Segment_Led", it loaded in the IDE just fine.
