Some idea for futur version

What change would like to see?
- An updated version of avr toolchain (without the uninstaller for windows 
version) to support new programmers and mcu like buspirate.
- A little gui like avrfuse in addition of the actual bootloader burn option.
- The possibility to export compiled .hex from temp directory directly from 
gui. 
- An little extra gui to edit/add/remove board setting
- Possibility to add a DFU "burn factory bootloader" option for usb diy-hack 
recovery ? (like flip for window or dfu-programmer for linux) 

Why?
for a better arduino users experience

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how
can these be mitigated?
no, update of winavr already tested and fully working with minor configuration 
change.

Done. I don't have create another fork of #109 #113 but i agree with this two.
