welcome some critique on necessary specs, added just one to test the rental_id params, the testing of scoping on local side seems to be spread thruouh the suite

anyway this branch is already used by some apps, should not be fiddled with really

@Azdaroth where were you using this, would switch for now to using search params, and rename it to :query_params, and get rid of this branch alltogether

Using it in bsa-homeaway-pm, will update it later and let know when no longer used.

Works great with search_params, not using it any longer.
