Content loading issue #29

I cannot seem to load content into the project. I'm attempting to add the .fx files, however using the pipeline tool, the build fails. The content.mgcb is changed, however the build fails and I receive the "could not load asset as a non-content file!" error. This issue must be resolved before I can start working on the new graphics and lighting systems.

I also don't have write access for some reason, so that needs to be fixed so I can make a branch.
