No matter from what application I print, Boomage opens, and displays the message above (with varying filenames). I tried deleting all boomaga related files from ~./cache, but I still get the error. I'm on Kubuntu 13.10, am I missing any package maybe?

The pdf file in ~.cache opens perfectly fine with any pdf viewer.

This is PostScript file, not a PDF. It seems you have installed version less than 0.3. And printer PPD file wasn't updated. Open printer settings in the KDE preferences and remove boomaga printer, after that reinstall package.

Thank you, that resolved the issue! Boomage is now working flawlessly!

I'm glad.
