FFB is still on after Game Over #61

on WMMT6R, FFB is still on after race, this includes game over and attract mode after race and in test menu

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Finish a race
  2. End the game
  3. Force Feedback is still on

Note: I'm using controller with strength 50. Idk if this is an issue with steering wheel
