Create an API #104

It would be nice to create an API using the Django REST framework.

The Danbooru API could point at some directions on how the endpoints should look like and their requirements.

Currently, no. I kinda just add to the project sometimes. But I was thinking creating an API through Django Rest Framework for extensibility.
