Starting Electron app does not work #1578

Current behavior

Hi.

I've clone the repo, and ran these in separate windows:

npm run dev:cloud
npm run dev:webpack
npm run dev:electron

The Electron windows opens but does not load any elements (i.e. it's blank/gray), and I see this in the terminal running npm run dev:electron:

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/home/me/projects/notes/BoostNote-App/electron/dev-app-update.yml'
<< Electron stdout(pid:108669)
>> Electron stderr(pid:108669)
(node:108677) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/home/me/projects/notes/BoostNote-App/electron/dev-app-update.yml'
(Use `electron --trace-warnings ...` to show where the warning was created)
(node:108677) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection. This error originated either by throwing inside of an async function without a catch block, or by rejecting a promise which was not handled with .catch(). To terminate the node process on unhandled promise rejection, use the CLI flag `--unhandled-rejections=strict` (see https://nodejs.org/api/cli.html#cli_unhandled_rejections_mode). (rejection id: 1)
(node:108677) [DEP0018] DeprecationWarning: Unhandled promise rejections are deprecated. In the future, promise rejections that are not handled will terminate the Node.js process with a non-zero exit code.
<< Electron stderr(pid:108669)
^C

There are some warnings in the other terminals as well, but as there are just warnings I assume they're not what causing the app not to load correctly.

Expected behavior

The Electron app will display something that looks like an app/webpage, instead of just a blank/gray window.

Steps to reproduce

Clone the repo, then run these:

npm run dev:cloud
npm run dev:webpack
npm run dev:electron
