option to open linked notes in a pop up window #2112

While I like the feature of linking notes and use it a lot, I would like an additional feature. The option to open a linked note in a pop up window. This feature would be nice for short notes you would like to refer back to such as in my case, mathematical definitions or Theorems

For example, consider the following note 1

Clicking on the link Theorem 3.31 opens the linked note in a pop up window who's length adjusts to the length of the text contained in the linked note. 2 Clicking anywhere in the original note closes the pop up linked note.

This is a feature I would really enjoy. however I don't know if others would agree or whether it's out of scopes for boostnote.
