Smart table editor still active even if disabled in configuration #3620

Current behavior

Even if I untick "smart table editor in configuration" it is still active in editor.

Expected behavior

Full manual edition of tables

Steps to reproduce

  1. Untick "smart table editor" in config
  2. start a table in editor

Restarted many many times. No avail. Happens every launch.

Tried to replicate this by changing the setting multiple times and restarting the app. But wasn't able to reproduce it.

Could you try reinstalling Boostnote? (After backing up your notes)

un-installed and reinstalled. Same issue. Table editor is still smart... (note that reinstalling get me back all my setting and all my notes). Maybe I need to reset my configuration ?

note 2: this is not the only settings that is affected. Matching character pairs are also affected.

This all began when updating from 0.13.

I can confirm it happening on a mac as well

BoostNote Version: Version 0.16.0 (0.16.0) Mac Catalina 10.15.4

Still got the issue on v0.16.1
