Error loading database after erroneous written database file `boostnote.json` #3638

Current behavior

opening the program does not load the database since in developer tools it complains about error in json file boostnote.json at certain line number.

there is written e.g.: }}}table":

Expected behavior

loading the database properly after changing those into },"table":

Steps to reproduce

not yet sure. sometimes when closing boostnote and reopening it withing 5 seconds

Environment

Boostnote version: 0.9.0.0
OS version and name: Windows 10

it happend again

created a new tag
the tag did not show up in the tag list on the left even after a few seconds
used View->Reload
same issue again the new tag was appended wrongly to the boostnote.json file
