When removing a factor, it is always the one at the bottom that is removed. It does not matter which factor you click on.
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Create a new experiment with two factors. Try to remove the first factor. Observe that the second factor is removed.
The expected behaviour is that the factor you click on is the one that is removed.
