In current implementation, there is no query parameter to filter token holders by personal_info attributes, balance or locked amount in token holders API.
- GET: /bond/tokens/{token_address}/holders
- GET: /share/tokens/{token_address}/holders

There are use cases to filter holders list by personal_info attributes, balance or locked amount.
