[FEATURE] Add paging to the bulk transfer related APIs #697

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the bulk transfer-related APIs do not have paging. If the number of transaction details increases, there is a possibility that client performance may degrade, so we would like to add paging.

Paging will be added to the related APIs.
