Declare Query parameters with pydantic

• Starting from FastAPI v0.115, Query parameters can now be defined using Pydantic models.
  • https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/release-notes/#01150
• In ibet-prime, we have decided to adopt this approach, and I have modified all query parameters to use the Pydantic-based syntax.
• Additionally, along with the above changes, I standardized the use of Query, Header, and Path parameters by adopting the Annotated syntax.
