[FEATURE] Buy order state when cancelAgreement is executed #350

1. Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For IbetExchange contracts, we would like to change the state of a buy make order when a cancelAgreement is executed as follows.

Current spec: revert to the state before the order. It does not make it an order state.
New spec: revert to order state.

2. Describe the solution you'd like

Revert the quantity of the buyer's (maker's) order to the order state.
Release the seller's (taker's) commitments and revert the balance to the pre-order state.
