Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is no way to execute issue/redeem in batches in security token contract.
The number of transaction executions can be reduced by executing issue/redeem in batches.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add bulkIssueFrom/bulkRedeemFrom function
We also would like to add bulk functionality for forced transfer function (bulkTransferFrom).
