[FEATURE] API to get the number of holders #1187

Currently, there is an API to obtain a list of token holders, but there are use cases where only the number of holders is required.

現在、トークンの保有者の一覧を取得するAPIが存在するが、保有者の件数のみを知りたいユースケースが存在する。

We would like to add an API to retrieve the number of holders.

保有者の件数を取得するAPIを追加する。
