[FEATURE] Support PostgreSQL 15 #1439

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are only two years left until the EoL of PostgreSQL 13, which is currently supported, so I would like to change the supported version to a newer version. Since PostgreSQL 15 has been released for a year and is now stable, we would like to support version 15.
