Replace sync func of batch to async func #1469

Replaced sync func of batches to async func.
Some of batches have been left as it is.
- processor_Block_Sync_Status.py was not modified, as it is unlikely that its process will be integrated with other batches in the future.
- processor_Send_Mail.py was not modified, because the SMTP client is not compatible for async.
