Thanks for reporting this issue.

An attempt at fixing this has been made, but it's a bit of a hopefully this was the problem type of fix as unfortunately the report doesn't include enough information on exactly what the issue is. This is a fault on my part; in a future update, FileSieve will include further information in reports to help narrow down crashes.
