Hiroix.Core has become coupled to Windows Forms #17

Due to the .NET 5 upgrade, Hiroix.Core now has a reference to the Windows Forms sub-system.

This is only temporary and should be resolved in the future; do not encourage further tightening of the coupling as it will be broken at some point.
