feat: wallet intents

Closes #40

Description:

Adds two Web3Buttons components: AddOrSwitchNetworkButton and AddERC20TokenButton. They extend the TokenDropdown component and are enabled/disabled by setting the flags allowAddOrSwitchNetwork and allowAddToken respectively.
