refactor: token select default styles

Description:

Giving better default styles to the components should allow us to simplify things and move some CSS code (light / dark theme specifically) to the landing page fork.

• Changed db-ui-toolkit dependency to @bootnodedev/db-ui-toolkit
• Updated all the components that use it.
• Gave better default styles to TokenSelect
• Moved some not very important UI components to the ui folder.

This is how the component looked like when isolated:

Now I added better defaults to the CSS vars so it should look like this:
