fix: balance check in OP

Description:

This PR fixes https://github.com/BootNodeDev/dAppBoosterLandingPage/issues/5#issuecomment-2306487913

If the network is not supported by the dApp, the balance check will fail.

With this change, we switch to a most robust read solution, as it won't depend on the dApp configuration and can read balances for any viem-supported networks.
