Dark Theme ? #66

It might be a good idea to maybe make a dark theme? based on this one it will look good!

BootWHMCS is not intended to be a "theme" but a good framework for any custom WHMCS integration. If your existing website is already written in bootstrap (Properly) then this theme should integrate well just by including your existing CSS file for your website into the theme header right after bootstrap is loaded.
